Terms

Effective October 23, 2026

These terms cover the online cut sheets Texas Cut Sheet builds for deer processors, and the use of this website. By using the service, you agree to them.

What we do

We build an online cut sheet for your shop based on the paper sheet, prices, and products you give us, host it at its own link, and make the changes you email us during the season.

Price and payment

The price is $149 per processor for the 2026-27 deer season. You pay only after your cut sheet is live on its own link and you've had a chance to try it. If you decide it isn't right for you before paying, you owe nothing.

Your information and prices

You're responsible for the prices, products, and policies you give us, and for checking your cut sheet before you share it. Estimates shown to hunters are just that, estimates. Your shop sets the final price. You keep ownership of your shop name, logo, and price list, and you give us permission to use them to build and run your cut sheet.

Changes

Email change requests to hello@texascutsheet.com. We make changes the same day we get them.

Availability

We work hard to keep cut sheets up and working, but we can't promise the service will never have an outage, since it depends on internet and hosting providers outside our control. Keep a paper sheet handy as a backup.

Orders

Orders are between the hunter and the processor. We don't receive or store them, and we aren't responsible for processing, pricing, pickup, or any dispute about an order.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the current season. We aren't responsible for lost profits or indirect damages.

Ending service

You can stop using the service at any time by letting us know. We may take down a cut sheet that's used for anything unlawful or misleading.

Texas law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Updates to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Questions? Email hello@texascutsheet.com.
